I am an experienced registered adult Integrative Psychotherapist. I hold a first degree in education and a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling. I also have Diplomas in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling. I am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy(UKCP). I am also accredited by the Professional Standards Register and appear in several directories.
I follow the UKCP and BACP code of ethics and practise and have Professional indemnity insurance.
As a Psychotherapist and Counsellor, I have run a private practice in Brighton and Hove for many years. Additionally, I have a wealth of mental health experience working in organisations as an educator as well as in a psychotherapeutic consultancy and training role. In addition I have worked as a mental health mentor both with primary children excluded from school and those in University Education with mental health diagnoses as well as spending time as a Secondary school Counsellor and working with those in Foster Care.
